Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

  • Items are returned in their original packaging, where possible.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed), or earrings, unless faulty.

 

How to Return

  1. Contact Us – Email our customer service team at info@whitefeatherclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Package Your Return – Securely package your item(s), including a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email.

  3. Send It Back – Return your parcel using a trackable delivery service to the address provided by our team.

Please note: We do not cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us first to ensure availability.

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect your original item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or wrong item, we’re truly sorry. Please contact us at info@whitefeatherclothing.co.uk within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a free return and replacement.
